1. before you go for any interview in any organization/company,try to learn or know a few things about them.
2. check yourself in the mirror, to find out if you look professional? because part of your confidence will come from looking good.
3. always try and arrive early at least 10 mins before interview time,for you to get used to the surrounding..it would also ease tension.
4. before the interview proper, you must understand that your interviewer is not  super human,..he/she is as human as you, the only difference is that he/she is the recruiter and you are the job seeker..this would enable you relax.
